Surrounded by ancient moorland on the banks of the River Wharfe, The Hall at Bolton Abbey was originally built in the 1300s as an Augustinian Priory gatehouse. It sits within a landscape immortalised by artist JMW Turner, who famously painted The Hall’s Abbey ruins in the early 1800s.

Despite The Hall’s centuries-old history, guests will find modern comforts today, with ensuite bathrooms, Wi-Fi, smart TV and more. The 12 bedrooms, 10 of which were recently decorated by interior designer Rita Konig, comfortably host up to 22 guests. An expert team of chefs, butlers and gardeners are on hand to meet every need.
